The Augarten Champagne Cups are a modern twist on the classic champagne flute. King Louis XVI of France originally commissioned a porcelain bowl to be made in the shape of the breast of his wife Queen Marie-Antoinette. And Augarten cleverly developed the champagne cups based on this story.
